Statement: Sustainable design
A shop in Stuttgart was redesigned in the corporate design for temporary use. For this purpose, the long entrance wall was painted in the CI color and provided with the company’s own eco icons. The chairs placed underneath were assigned to the sustainability criteria. This made the manufacturers’ sustainability approach clear. For the presentation of the furniture and home accessories that are otherwise only available online, the platforms were made from cardboard boxes that were also painted in the CI color.
A cross-channel concept with strong networking between online and offline was implemented with the help of so-called iBeacons. Customers were able to walk through the product presentation with a specially set up iPad and receive more detailed information about the background of the products via a signal. This showcase was new and unique in Stuttgart and served the executing agency 21TORR as a reference project.
The stories about the products were told using information cards. Customers could experience the entire range on a touch screen computer provided for this purpose and order directly online. Our pioneering concept received a lot of press coverage. In addition, the area was used for events for customers and trade visitors. Architects, interior designers and specialist planners from the construction industry were regular guests at the events on sustainable design.
